Where the Lugana meets the Lake! On the southern bank of Lake Garda, a few miles away from Verona, lies the Corte Sermana vineyard: a tiny ‘Clos’ at a stone’s throw from the lakeshore. Here in the historical zone of the Lugana Doc appellation.
A fortunate combination of geology (white clay rich in calcium carbonate) and microclimate (breezy summer nights) makes the native ‘Turbiana’ white grapes yield white wines of remarkable finesse and mineral energy, capable of significant cellar aging.

Lovely family run vineyard and winery. Great tour and tasting finding out more about the process. Booked for 6 people the day before and they were kind enough to accommodate us even though it was rather last minute. Tasted 1 sparkling 4 whites 1 red 1 dessert wine 2 grappas, with delicious cheese, salami and bread. Fantastic experience 5* and we bought half a dozen bottles ourself too! Highly recommend

The host was really nice and wanted to explain everything to us. The guide was suited to our group and is highly recommended. Especially the white wine from 2019 is nice and has a light flavor.

Phillipe, the owner gave us a detailed tour of the whole process from growing the grapes to bottling and selling. We then had a taste of some of the wines produced, accompanied with some delicious cheese, salami & bread. I had never heard of the Lugano grape before, it has a very refreshing palet. We now have a greater understanding into the care put into making quality wines.

We were just cycling past and stopped off to see the vin yard , noticed the wine shop and went in. Had a lovely little taste and bought a bottle . Very friendly staff with great English . So nice to have a local DOCG wine while on holiday .
