An introduction to six typical wines of the area, with a journey exploring the different nuances of this noble wine
Our tour itinerary starts from the ancient cellar where you can observe the wooden barrels and where we refine our wines, to then move on to the processing area and the fruit cellar, an area dedicated to the natural drying of the grapes which will then become Amarone and Recioto.
Followed by a walk in the vineyard, to be able to closely observe the vines and our magnificent territory.
And finally a tasting of six of our most representative wines to fully understand the peculiarities of the typical vines: Corvina Corvinone, Rondinella and … Oseleta.

The most plausible hypotheses on the meaning of the name “Valpolicella” are those associated with the Latin word “Polesella” – “the land of many fruits” – and with “Vallis-polis-cellae” – the “valley of many cellars”. The grapes are mixed with different percentages, to obtain different nuances of wine. In the composition, the main grapes are: Corvina Veronese (45-95%), Corvinone (up to 50%, replacing an equal amount of Corvina) and Rondinella (5-30%).
