Siridia Winery is a small family-owned winery in Valpolicella Classica, located in Negrar, just a few minutes from Verona. Here we welcome guests for Valpolicella wine tastings and winery tours in the heart of this historic wine region.
Founded in 2019 by winemaker Edoardo Speri and his sister Samuela, Siridia produces wines that express the identity of Valpolicella through a contemporary and distinctive approach.
The name Siridia is inspired by the idea of a guiding star, symbol of dreams, direction and vision. Each wine represents a step in a journey made of inspiration, action and achievement.
A visit to Siridia offers an authentic wine tasting experience in Valpolicella, where guests can discover the traditional grape drying process (appassimento) and the ageing of iconic wines such as Amarone and Recioto.
Our tastings are guided directly by the people who make the wine, creating an intimate and genuine winery experience near Verona.

Siridia Discovery is the perfect introduction to a Valpolicella wine tasting experience.
During this experience you will visit our winery in Negrar, near Verona, and discover the traditional grape drying process (appassimento) that plays a key role in the production of Valpolicella wines.

Siridia Journey is an immersive Amarone wine tasting experience in Valpolicella, designed for those who want to discover the identity and philosophy behind our wines.
During the guided winery tour you will explore the cellar and the traditional grape drying loft, where the Amarone production begins.
The tasting includes four iconic wines of the winery:

• Valpolicella Classico “Ispirazione”

Siridia Exploration is our most complete Valpolicella wine tasting experience, designed for wine lovers who want to explore every aspect of our production.
The experience includes a guided visit to the winery and the grape drying area, followed by a tasting of eight selected wines that represent the evolution of Siridia.
The tasting is paired with a selection of local specialties and artisan chocolates, creating a unique sensory journey through wine and gastronomy.

Aged for at least 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels

Aged for 18 months in French oak tonneaux

Aged in cherry tonneau and a part rests in steel tanks in contact with the fine lees for approximately 7 months
ASTRIS – Metodo Classico
Pinot Nero and Corvina, 36 months on the lees

Aged in steel tanks for 24 months and in bottle for 12 months
ARIA – Bianco Veneto Igt

Afgelopen dinsdag zijn wij in de middag binnengelopen bij deze prachtige wijnmakerij. We werden direct hartelijk ontvangen door Samuela en kregen de mogelijkheid om de verschillende wijnen te proeven. Het verhaal achter de wijnen en de bijpassende labels is uniek en inspirerend. Evenals de unieke smaak van de wijnen. De persoonlijke benadering, de passie en de kennis die dit mooie familiebedrijf met zich meebrengt blijft ons bij. Het is mooi om te zien en te proeven hoe jullie visie en dromen tot leven zijn gekomen in deze heerlijke wijnen. De manier waarop jullie de wijnen produceren en de risico’s die jullie durven te nemen onderscheid jullie van de andere wijnmakers. Mooi hoe jullie de sprong in het diepe hebben genomen en hoe jullie verhaal en visie terug te proeven is in de wijnen. We zijn benieuwd wat jullie in de toekomst nog meer gaan produceren. We zullen jullie verhaal en wijnen zeker delen in Nederland. Bedankt voor de fijne ervaring. Wij komen zeker terug (ook voor de olijfolie) en gaan in de tussentijd oefenen met het spreken van Italiaans. We zijn nog gestopt bij San Giorgio, het was prachtig! Liefs Kevin en Chelsea

My family and I had an wonderful experience yesterday in Siridia. It’s not only about wine tasting, it’s one of those moments that you’ll remember forever. The story behind Siridia and its owners reminds me my own family memories. It’s exactly like this, in Siridia you feel at home, among family and friends. The quality of the wine is remarkable, and my previous experience living in Argentina and France allows me to say that Siridia is one of my favorites wineries in the world. Thank you Samuela for this great experience. I’m going to visit Siridia again soon.

Wat een passie en kennis zijn er aanwezig bij Siridia. Het contact was snel gelegd, alles stond netjes klaar op de afgesproken tijd. De eigenaren zijn niet bang hun eigen pad te kiezen en maken geweldige keuzes in het maken van hun wijn. We hebben een aantal flessen meegenomen en gaan die over een goed aantal jaar opdrinken zodat we nog eens terugdenken aan de lieve, geweldige en onconventionele wijnmakers van Siridia. Must visit!!!

We had a wonderful time touring the winery and learning about the family’s history in the wine region of Valpolicella. The tour was in English and the wine tasting at the end was super memorable. We loved every minute (and every wine) and would recommend anyone to visit!
