Siridia Winery is a small family-owned winery in Valpolicella Classica, located in Negrar, just a few minutes from Verona. Here we welcome guests for Valpolicella wine tastings and winery tours in the heart of this historic wine region.
Founded in 2019 by winemaker Edoardo Speri and his sister Samuela, Siridia produces wines that express the identity of Valpolicella through a contemporary and distinctive approach.
The name Siridia is inspired by the idea of a guiding star, symbol of dreams, direction and vision. Each wine represents a step in a journey made of inspiration, action and achievement.
A visit to Siridia offers an authentic wine tasting experience in Valpolicella, where guests can discover the traditional grape drying process (appassimento) and the ageing of iconic wines such as Amarone and Recioto.
Our tastings are guided directly by the people who make the wine, creating an intimate and genuine winery experience near Verona.

Siridia Exploration is our most complete Valpolicella wine tasting experience, designed for wine lovers who want to explore every aspect of our production.
The experience includes a guided visit to the winery and the grape drying area, followed by a tasting of eight selected wines that represent the evolution of Siridia.
The tasting is paired with a selection of local specialties and artisan chocolates, creating a unique sensory journey through wine and gastronomy.

Aged for at least 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
AZIONE – Valpolicella Classico Superiore doc
Aged for 18 months in French oak tonneaux
ISPIRAZIONE – Valpolicella Classico doc
Aged in cherry wood tonneaux, with a portion resting in steel tanks in contact with the fine lees for approximately 7 months.
ASTRIS – Metodo Classico
Pinot Noir and Corvina, 36 months on the lees.
RECIOTO Classico della Valpolicella docg
Aged in steel tanks for 24 months and in the bottle for 12 months.
ARIA – Bianco Veneto Igt
Garganega, Chardonnay ed Incrocio Manzoni – Aged for one month in amphora

Vandaag hadden we een tour bij Siridia van Samuela. We hebben de loods gezien met de tonnen en hebben 4 verschillende wijnen geproefd. Ze wist heel veel te vertellen en het was een intrigerend verhaal om te horen, waarbij wij onze tijd erg genoten hebben. De wijnen waren daar bovenop heerlijk. Het is zeker een aanrader om hier een keertje langs te komen en we zouden het iedereen aan te raden.

What a lovely, intimate and welcoming experience at the winery! If you’re looking for a small, personal place with a warm and homely atmosphere, I can absolutely recommend it. The two siblings who run the place are amazing, and you can really feel their passion and drive to challenge the traditional wine industry. The wine was also very good, and I think the whole experience was absolutely worth the price.

I booked a wine tasting for a group of friends and Samuela did an amazing job. It was the best wine tasting I ever had. She had a great knowledge about wine and actually makes the effort to share it with her clients. The quality of the wine is also superb. Great experience!

Great classic wine but with a contemporary twist. We had a private tasting with the founder and winemaker Eduardo and it was a really great experience. His passion and love for what he does was really nice to see, and we absolutely loved the Superiore. If you’re staying in Negrar, definitely stop by!

I made the reservation to get wine tour off my list but I was not expecting how great the tour was. Manuela is by far the best host and the story, passion, time and dedication in the wines and the tour is unbelievable. This tour will always have a place in my heart and whenever I come back to Valpolicella region I will keep coming back to this winery to get me more bottles and see where their vision has taken the winery.

My family and I had an wonderful experience yesterday in Siridia. It’s not only about wine tasting, it’s one of those moments that you’ll remember forever. The story behind Siridia and its owners reminds me my own family memories. It’s exactly like this, in Siridia you feel at home, among family and friends. The quality of the wine is remarkable, and my previous experience living in Argentina and France allows me to say that Siridia is one of my favorites wineries in the world. Thank you Samuela for this great experience. I’m going to visit Siridia again soon.

Wat een passie en kennis zijn er aanwezig bij Siridia. Het contact was snel gelegd, alles stond netjes klaar op de afgesproken tijd. De eigenaren zijn niet bang hun eigen pad te kiezen en maken geweldige keuzes in het maken van hun wijn. We hebben een aantal flessen meegenomen en gaan die over een goed aantal jaar opdrinken zodat we nog eens terugdenken aan de lieve, geweldige en onconventionele wijnmakers van Siridia. Must visit!!!

We had a wonderful time touring the winery and learning about the family’s history in the wine region of Valpolicella. The tour was in English and the wine tasting at the end was super memorable. We loved every minute (and every wine) and would recommend anyone to visit!
